村镇建设是目前中国城市化中重要研究课题。本文阐述了系统建设背景和目标,并对平台总体设计和工作内容进行描述,在确定目标客户情况下进行数据组织和平台功能需求划分,最终指出系统创新点和为未来平台功能扩充预留接口。

The development of villages and towns is the important research topic of city in china. This paper expounds the construction background and the target of system, and describes the overall design and content of the work, data organization and platform function- al requirements division in determining the target customer case, finally points out that system innovation and the reserved interface for future platform to expand the function.
