摘要 城市是人类生活的重要聚集地,是人类文明成果产生、传播和发展的主要场所。随着"数字城市"理论的不断完善,构建数字城市3维可视化系统已成为地理信息系统领域的研究热点。本文依据系统开发的原则,结合"数字城市"建设的实验,对数字城市3维可视化系统的总体设计、数据处理、3维模型制作、3维场景生成以及系统功能实现等多个方面进行了综合性的研究。 As an important living place for human beings, city is regarded as a main place for the birth, spread and development of human civilization. With the continuous improvement of "Digital City", to build three - dimensional (3D) visualization system of the digital city has become a research focus in Geographic Information System (GIS). The 3D visualization platform, as one of the key technologies of Digital Earth, organically combines the virtual display with 3D GIS by using 3D model and visualization technology. The establishment of city virtual 3D visualization can provide a platform for the application of 3D GIS in every walk of life and build various city scenes in omni - directional and intuitive ways, which greatly improves the sharing and using level of city spatial informa- tion. This paperis based on the principles of system development combined with the "Digital City" experiment. Based on the principle of system development, this thesis is meant to give a synthetical research on the overall design of 3D system of the digital city, data process, the manufacture of 3D mode, 3D scene and so on.
