摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访问等方法,调研了我国食品营养与卫生专业对口行业的发展现状,分析了营养与健康产业对人才的需求模式。在此基础上,对北京城市学院食品营养与卫生专业方向进行了设计与规划,并提出了相应的专业方向培养目标,为其他高校设置食品营养卫生方向提供意见参考。
With the methods of literature material, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the paper in- vestigated the development status of Food Nutrition and Health specialty, analyzed the talents demand mode of nutrition and health industry. Furthermore, the article renewed its design for the nutrition and health specialty and proposed corresponding training targets so as to provide reference for designing Food Nutrition and Health specialty in colleges and universities in China.
