成人学习者需求变化与外语专业课程体系改革研究

Study on Adult Learners' Changing Demands and Curricula Reform for Foreign Language Majors

随着国际化的推进,语言能力越来越受到重视。成人高校英语专业课程体系在变化了的形势下,面临诸多不适应。本文从成人学习者学习需求入手,分析了现行课程体系的问题。提出要以成人学习者现实需求为核心设计和调整课程体系,要突破常规思维进行课程体系改革,强调课程体系的模块化、课程实施的灵活性、课程评价方式的多样化,兼顾学科系统性,发挥课程体系的整体育人功能,促进成人高校人才培养模式的多样化,自主性和灵活性发展。

With the advancement of internationalization, foreign language competency has been valued Consequently, course curricula for adult learners have to make changes in accordance with the current situa- tion. The present paper analyzes the existing problems based on learners＇ changing demands. It is necessary to emphasize different course modules, flexible course implementation, various grading methods and scien- tific course designs. Meanwhile, it is important to advocate course curricula＇s talents cultivation function and to promote its flexible, independent and scientific development.
