Theory of Regional Environment Evaluation System under the Rule of Law Construction

建设法治国家,推行依法治国方略需要法治的不断完善。我国已经形成了社会主义法律体系,但是如何评价一个区域的法治环境状况却是一个难题。通过分析法治的价值和初步认识法治评价因素,探讨法治环境的内涵,初步设计一套符合现阶段国情的区域法律环境指标评价体系,以推动社会主义法治国家建设进程。

The rule of law need constantly improve to build a country under the rule of law and to implement the rule of law strategy. The socialist legal system has formed in our country, but it is an issue to evaluate the rule of law environment of an area. By analyzing the value and understanding the preliminary evaluation factors of the rule of law, the connotation of the rule of law environment is explored and a preliminary set of regional legal environment index evaluation system is designed according to the present situation to promote the construction of socialist country under the rule of law process.
