From the point of view of the meaning and importance of school of construction campus culture, this paper discusses the position and function of the libraries in the campus, the roles in the construction of campus culture, and how the libraries breed the campus culture, and puts forward some suggestions how to better carry out the library construction in order to promote the construction of campus culture.
