摘要
工作场所侵犯行为是指发生在工作场合的针对员工或组织的侵害行为。工作场所侵犯行为发生率很高,对受害员工的身心健康产生极大的负面影响,也影响其工作绩效。文章对工作场所侵犯行为的内涵、形式、影响因素及预防措施等方面的成果进行了梳理,并且对工作场所侵犯行为研究存在的问题进行了总结,最后展望了其未来的研究趋向。
Reviewing the related study of foreign workplace aggression, the paper falls into five parts. The first part introduces the concept of workplace aggression and makes a distinction between the concept and the relative concepts. The second part reviews the form of workplace aggression. The third part predicts the factors leading to the question in point. The fourth part comes up with the previous related study regarding the prevention against the workplace aggression. The paper ultimately makes a summary of the dis- cussion and analyzes the future research trend in this regard.
