摘要
目的探讨在儿科门急诊输液座位管理中应用排列组合法对患儿家长满意度的影响。方法将100例患儿及其家长按就诊时间分为对照组各100例(名),观察组各100例(名),分别采用自找座位法、排列组合法进行座位管理,并采用问卷调查输液患儿家长的满意率。结果排列组合法家属满意率较自我座位法高(χ2=113.232,P<0.01)。结论排列组合法应用于儿科输液座位管理可提高儿科输液患儿家长满意度,减少纠纷和投诉。
Objective To explore the effect of arranging the seats for children receiving intravenous therapy in pediatric clinic by using the permutation method on parents′ satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 children and their parents were commensurately divided into a control group and an observation group,either finding a seat for intravenous therapy on their own or took a seat through permutation method,respectively.Parents′ satisfaction were investigated through questionaire survey.Results Parents of the observation group had higher satisfaction than those of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionInfusion seating arrangement through permutation could enhance parents′ satisfaction,and reduce incidents of disputes and complaints.
