摘要
目的:探讨形成性评价在新护士临床带教中对提高临床教学质量和新护士综合素质的效果。方法:将2010年6月至2012年8月新进院的40名护士按进院先后分为观察组和对照组,每组各20人。观察组采用形成性评价实施带教管理,对照组采用传统终结性评价实施带教管理。结果:观察组新护士出科成绩及患者满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:形成性评价有利于提高新护士的临床教学质量,对培养新护士的综合能力起着十分重要的作用,同时强化了临床带教教师的责任,值得进一步研究推广。
[ Objective] To explore the effect of formative, assessment in improving the quality of clinical teaching and the comprehensive quality of nurses in the new nurses clinical teaching. [Method] From June 2010 to August 2012, 40 new school nurses were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was managed with formative evaluation teaching method. The control group was managed with the traditional summative assessment teaching method. [ Result] In the observation group, nurses of achievement evaluation and patient satisfaction were higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The formative assessment will help us improve the teaching quality, plays a very important role in the cultivation of comprehensive ability of new nurses, and strengthen the clinical teachers' responsibility. It is worth further study and promotion.
