品管圈在降低护理操作不良事件发生率中的运用

The application of quality control circle in reducing nursing adverse events

目的:探讨品管圈在降低护理操作不良事件发生率中的作用,以提高临床护理操作质量,保障患者安全。方法:通过现状把握、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施、效果确认与标准化等程序,开展品管圈活动。比较运用品管圈前后护理操作不良事件发生率。结果:月操作不良事件发生例数从953例降至346例,目标达成率为111.1%,进步率为65.7%,5项改进点发生率比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:开展品管圈活动是提高护理质量的一种有效手段。

[ Objective] To study the effect of quality control circle on reducing the nursing adverse events, in order to imta＇ove the clinical nursing quality and to protect patient safety. [ Method]According to the present situation, we analyzed causes set goals, developed strategies,put it into effect, confirmed the effect and standardized procedures to carry out the quality control circle activities. We compared the incidence of using quality control circle before and after nursing adverse events. [ Result ] Monthly operating adverse events were reduced from 953 cases to 346 cases. Goal achievement rate was 111.1%. Improvement rate was 65.7 % （5 improvement compared the incidence rate） P 〈 0.01, there was statistical significance. [ Conclusion] To carry out the quality control circle activities is an effective way to improve the quality of care.
