摘要
目的:研究能谱CT在肾癌病理分型方面的作用。方法:将45例肾癌患者进行能谱CT扫描,然后利用GSI后处理软件,测量病灶内感兴趣区的碘-水浓度、水一碘浓度、能谱曲线及40~140keV下的CT值,分析不同病理类型的肾癌能谱CT的表现。结果:肾透明细胞癌与肾乳头状细胞的碘浓度、能谱曲线斜率40~140keV下的CT值的平均值差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而各组之间水浓度的平均值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:肾透明细胞癌与。肾乳头状癌具有不同的能谱曲线和碘含量,能谱CT鉴别肾透明细胞癌和肾乳头状细胞癌具有较好的应用前景。
Objective: To evaluate the value of spectral CT imaging in differential diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma and renal papillary carcinoma. Method: 45 patients who were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma ( RCC )were scanned in gemstone spectral imaging ( GSI )mode. The region of interest in the mass of Iodine-water concentration, wateriodine concentration, spectrum energy curve and CT values at 40-140 keV were measured. Used GSI post processing software to analysis the spectral feature of renal clear cell carcinoma and renal papinary carcinoma. Result: There were significant differences in iodine-water concentration, spectrum energy curve and CT values at 40-140 keV existed between renal clear cell carcinoma and renal papillary carcinoma (P〈0.05), but there were no significant difference in water-iodine concentration between them (P〉0.05) .Conclusion: There are significant differences between renal clear cell carcinoma and renal papillary carcinoma in spectrum energy curve and iodine-water concentration. Spectral CT imagine provides a promising method in differential diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma and renal papillary carcinoma.
