灯盏细辛治疗老年缺血性脑血管疾病160例

Erigeron Injection Treatment for 160 Cases with Senile Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探讨灯盏细辛注射液治疗老年性缺血性脑血管疾病的疗效。方法:选取2010年6月-2013年6月本院接诊的老年性缺血性心脑血管疾病患者320例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各160例患者。研究组使用灯盏细辛注射液治疗,对照组使用常规药物治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组显效123例,有效29例,总有效率为95.00%(152/160);对照组显效93例,有效37例,总有效率为81.25%(130/160)。两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年缺血性性脑血管疾病的预防和治疗中,灯盏细辛注射液可以有效的改善患者身体的机能,促进患者病情的好转,具有这非常明显的效果,这值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Erigeron Injection in the treatment of senile cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases. Method： 320 senile cerebrovascular disease patients in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were divided into study group and control group, each group had 160 patients. The the study group used the treatment of Erigeron Injection, ~nd the control group with the treatment of conventional medicine. To observe clinical curative effect of two groups of patients. Result： In the study group of 160 patients, 123 cases markedly effective, effective 29 cases, total effective rate was 95.00% （ 152/160 ） ; 150 patients in the control group, markedly effective 93 cases, effective 37 cases, the total effective rate was 81.25% （ 130/160 ） . Two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： In the prevention and treatment of senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, fleabane injection can effectively improve the patient＇s body function, promote the patient＇s condition to improve. Especially with the very obvious effect in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which is worthy 0f clinical popularization.
