摘要 目的:研究新生儿脑损伤早期诊治的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年3月-2012年3月本院接诊的80例脑损伤新生儿进行研究,按照随机数表法分为A组和B组各40例,并选择40例健康发育的新生儿作为对照,设定为C组。A组脑损伤新生儿采取医院干预的诊治方案对进行诊治,B组未采取干预措施,C组为健康发育对照组。对三组新生儿的体格状况及智力发育状况进行比较分析。结果:A、C组新生儿的身高、体重、头围3项体格发育状况及发育商均明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组和C组新生儿的身高、体重、头围3项体格发育状况及发育商比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对A、B两组脑损伤新生儿进行跟踪调查分析,发现经过治疗的A组体格异常(身高、体重异常)的发生率明显低于B组,智能低下和脑瘫的发生率也明显低于B组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑损伤新生儿患者采取早期诊疗措施,可显著改善脑损伤新生儿的临床症状。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of early diagnosis and treatment to neonatal brain injury. Method: 80 cases with neonatal brain injury from March 2009 to March 2012 were divided into group A and group B, and selected 40 newborns in comparison of the development of health set to group C. Each group had 40 cases. Group A was treated with intervention treatment plan, group B did not intervene, group C was set as the healthy development of the control group. Three groups newborn's physical condition and mental development were compared and analyzed. Result: A comparative analysis on three groups of newborn physical examination and developmental quotient conditions were done, and it found that the neonatal height, weight, head circumference three physical development status and developmental quotient of group A and C were significantly higher than those of group B ( P〈0.05 ), neonatal height, weight, head circumference three physical development status and developmental quotient of group A and group C had no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) . Group A and B brain damage in neonatal follow-up survey analysis showed that physical abnormalities ( height, weight exception ) incidence of group A was significantly lower than that of the group B, and mental retardation and cerebral palsy incidence of group A were also significantly lower than those of group B, respectively, there were significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The early diagnosis and treatment of patients with brain damage in newborn measures can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the brain damage in newborns.
