Discuss about the Postoperative Nursing Strategy of 80 Patients with Severe Bone Surgery

目的:探讨重症骨外科患者术后的最佳护理对策。方法:选取本院2011年3月-2012年3月进行手术治疗的80例重症骨外科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组的40例患者进行常规的重症骨外科术后护理,观察组在对照组的基础之上给予恰当的护理措施,在3个月后观察两组患者的恢复情况。结果:观察组患者恢复情况明显优于对照组,且并发症的发生率也低于对照组。结论:科学合理的护理措施可以明显加快重症骨外科患者术后的恢复,并且可以有效地控制术后并发症的发生。

Objective： To explore the best care of surgical patients with severe bone countermeasures. Method： To selecte 80 patients with severe bone surgery from March 2011 to March 2012. and 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received post-operative care, and the observation group on the basis of the control group, received proper care. To observe recovery of the two groups after 3 months. Result： The observation group recovered better than the control group, and the incidence of complications was less than that of the control group. Concluslon： The scientific and reasonable care measures can significandy speed up the recovery of surgical patients with severe hone, and can effectively control the occurrence of postoperative complications.
