妊娠期糖尿病患者饮食控制的循证护理

The Evidence-based Nursing Care on the Control of Gestational Diabetic Diet

目的：科学有效地利用既有研究结果，为妊娠期糖尿病患者提供高质量的全程饮食护理，提高母婴安全。方法：2012年1。12月采用方便取样的方法选取本院产科门诊确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者100例，将患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组给予常规饮食控制管理，观察组在常规饮食控制的基础上依据循证护理原则，营养师会诊制定饮食计划及实施护理，合作完成饮食护理计划。结果：观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者在并发症发生率、剖宫产率、饮食知识知晓率及饮食行为正确率方面均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：将循证护理应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者，有助于促进母婴健康，是切实可行的。

Objective： To use the existing research results scientifically and effectively, to provide the high quality of entire diet nursing care for gestational diabetes patients and improve maternal and child safety.Method： The method of convenient sampling was adopted, 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed by obstetric clinic from January 2012 to December 2012were selected, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group for 50 cases and the control group for 50 cases, the control group was given conventional diet control, the observation group was given diet nursling care plans based on routine diet control, according to evidence-based nursing principles, meal plans were set by nutritionists, processing nutritious meals were provided by the hospital canteen and nursing was executed, diet nursing care plans were completed by cooperating.Resu!t： The observation group in the incidence of complications and cesarean section rate, aware of knowledge about diet and eating behavior in the correct were better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： The evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is applied, it is helpful to promote maternal and child health, is feasible.
