专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Tibia Fracture of Midpiece or Inferior Segment Treated with Expert Model Bone Nail

目的：探讨专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法：2007年2月-2012年10月，采用专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折27例，以Joher—Wruhs标准进行疗效评定。结果：本组27例患者均获得随访7～20个月，平均13．7月；骨折愈合时间15-20周，平均为16．8周；患肢完全负重时间8～16周，平均11．5周；疗效评定：16例优，10例良，1例可，优良率96．30％。结论：专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折是一种有效方法。

Objective： To approach the curative effect of tibia fracture of midpieee or inferior segment treated with expert model bone nail. Method： From February 2007 to October 2012,27 patients with tibia fracture of midpiece or inferior segment were treated with expert model bone nail, curative effect was evaluated according to Joher-Wruhs standard. Result： All patients were followed average 13.7 weeks （ 7-20 weeks ）, the time of bone union was average 16.8 weeks （ 15-20 weeks ）, the time of affected limb fully weight loading was average 11.5 weeks （ 8-16 weeks ） . The curative effect： 16 patients got excellent, 10 patients got good, 1 patient got better, the excellent and good rate was 96.30%. Conclusion： The method of expert model bone nail is a modus operandi to treat tibia fracture of midpiecc or inferior segment.
