A-C-L”导管维护程序用于预防PICC堵管的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of“A-C-L”Catheter Maintenance Procedures Used to Prevent PICC Blocking

目的:对PICC堵管预防中"A-C-L"导管维护程序的临床应用效果进行分析。方法:选取2012年10月-2013年5月于本科住院治疗期间接受PICC的64例置管患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各32例,对照组采用常规导管维护方法,观察组接受"A-C-L"导管维护程序,对比两组导管堵塞发生率。结果:两组患者PICC导管分别采用不同维护方法维护后,在患者接受PICC导管留置期间,对照组PICC堵管发生率为18.75%(6/32),观察组中无PICC堵管现象发生,观察组堵管发生率明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在患者接受PICC置管治疗时,采用"A-C-L"导管维护程序可有效预防堵管现象发生,可有效保证患者临床治疗质量,大幅降低患者并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of ＂A-C-L＂ catheter maintenance procedures used to prevent PICC blocking.Method： Sixty- four patients with PICC catheter were selected from our hospital from October 2012 to May 2012, 32 cases in each group.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group was given conventional catheter maintenance method, the observation group was given an ＂A-C-L＂ catheter maintenance procedures, the incidence of catheter jam of the two groups were compared.Result： Two groups of patients with PICC catheter after different maintenance methods, during the patients accepted PICC catheter indwelling, PICC blocking of the observation group incidence was 18.75% （ 6/32 ）, no PICC tube jam phenomenon occurred in the observation group, there was significant difference between the groups （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： Patients with PICC catheter treated with ＂A-C-L＂ catheter maintenance procedures has effective in preventing tube jam phenomenon, it can also ensure the quality of clinical treatment, it can make the complications lower, and is worth popularizing in clinical.
