摘要
本文基于内燃机配气机构的单自由度气门 弹簧模型 ,采用非线性规划法 ,进行了以配气系统流通性能为目标函数 ,以凸轮 挺柱间接触应力等为约束条件的配气凸轮型线及机构动力学优化设计。论文在MicrosoftVisualC+ + 5 .0平台上开发了面向对象的优化设计程序 。
Based on the single\|freedom valve\|spring model of valve actuating mechanism for internal combustion engine and using nonlinear programming method,the optimization design of profile of cam and dynamics of valve actuating mechanism was comducted,respectively regarding the flow property of valve actuating system as the objective function and the contact stress between cam and tappet as constraint condition.The corresponding program of optimization design using Microsoft Visual C ++ 5 0 platform was developed,and a calculation case of optimization design of profile of cam and valve actuating mechanism for locomotive diesel engine was shown.\;
