摘要
既有居住建筑节能改造达到的节能水平,需要在建筑节能强制性标准和不同程度的超前之间进行科学决策。为有效地选择节能改造方案,尤其是选择合理增量节能改造方案,引入系统工程理论进行研究。根据住宅小区节能改造效果的影响因素,从增量节能的角度,对住宅小区增量节能改造方案评价的系统目标、系统要素、系统结构、系统功能进行了分析。应用层次分析法,建立了住宅小区增量节能改造方案的评价模型,并提出了具有针对性的判断矩阵标度改进思路。通过应用分析,表明增量节能改造方案评价模型具有合理性和实用性。
Decision of Energy-saving reconstruction degree of existing residential building should been made scientif- ically between the mandatory building energy-saving standards and different advanced levels of energy-saving. In or- der to choose energy-saving reconstruction option effectively, especially choose the reasonable increment energy- saving reconstruction option, systems engineering theory is applied. In light of the factors which influence the ener- gy-saving reconstruction, from the point of view of increment energy-saving, system target, system factors, system construction, and system function of increment energy-saving reconstruction option are analyzed. Using AHP, evalu- ation model of increment energy-saving reconstruction option of residential district is established. To illustrate the ra- tionality and practicability of this model, a case study is demonstrated.
