诺齐克是20世纪杰出的哲学家。1971年著名哲学家罗尔斯发表了著作《正义论》,此后出现了许多学者来回应和批判这部著作,其中影响最大的是诺齐克所著的《无政府、国家和乌托邦》。诺齐克在书中不仅提出了权利正义论的核心内容——"持有的正义三原则",并且创造性地提出"支配的保护性社团"、"超低限度的国家"、"最低限度的国家"、"看不见手"等等有关国家形成过程中的概念,其贡献是卓越的,其理论高瞻远瞩,非常值得后人去深入研究。

Robert Nozick is one of the most distinguished philosophers and thinkers of the 20th century. In 1971, Harvard Uni- versity professor John Rawls published his book A Theory of Justice, which quickly became the focus of attention and a large number of people responded to him. The most famous, most influential is Nozick＇s Anarchy, the State, and Utopia. Nozick held in the core content ＂three principles of justice＂ and put forward the concept of ＂innovative disposable protective society＂, ＂ul- tra-low limits of the state＂, ＂minimal nation＂, ＂invisible hand＂, which is a novel concept of the process of state formation. Its contribution is excellent, the theory is far-sighted, deserves our in-depth understanding.
