摘要
学风是高等学校办学思想、教育质量和管理水平的重要标志,也是学生思想品质、学习态度和综合素质的重要体现。对M校的学风建设进行走访调研与问卷调查,发现部分学生学习目标不够明确、学习态度不够端正,部分学生学习动机不纯、学习动机有待进一步激发,部分学生自我控制能力不强、自我管理能力薄弱等问题。通过构建"三位一体"分层教育体系,加强思想引领,帮助学生明确学习目标;搭建学风建设平台,加强阵地建设,增强学生自我约束能力;以"五个坚持"为抓手,增强学生学习动力,保障学风建设扎实推进。
The style of study is an important symbol of higher education thoughts, teaching quality and management level. It is an important manifestation of the quality of the student thought, learning attitude and comprehensive quality. We found problems through research and questionnaire. For example, learning objects of some students are not clear enough, learning attitude is not correct, and learning motivation of some students should be further excited. Self-control ability and self-management of some students are weak. Through the construction of "the trinity" stratified education system, it isomphaslzed to strengthen the ideo- losical guide, to help students with clear learning objectives. Building construction platform strengthens the construction and en- hances the student self-restraint. Taking "Five Principles" as a grasping hand students' learning motivation, can be enhanced to promote the construction of style of study.
