摘要
整体叶盘等复杂曲面零件是航空发动机中的核心零件,其数控加工技术中的关键是刀具轨迹的规划技术.本文针对当今国内外复杂曲面的数控加工刀具轨迹规划的研究现状和发展进行了分析.主要对复杂曲面数控加工中三种主要刀具的轨迹规划进行了对比分析,并对刀具轨迹规划中的关键技术进行了分析,包括:轨迹拓扑、轨迹参数、干涉避免和刀轴控制的算法理论和适用特点,并对刀具轨迹规划中的曲线插补和刀具组合方向进行了分析和展望,为后续研究提升零件数控加工效率和质量打下了基础.
Blisk and other complex surfaces parts are technology is the key technology in CNC machining. This the core parts of aircraft engine parts, tool path planning paper analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status and the development of the tool path planning for complex surface parts in NC machining. Comparative analysis is mainly carried out for three main tool path plans in complex surface machining, and the key techniques of tool path planning has also been analyzed, including : the algorithm theory and application features of track topology, trajectory parameters, interference avoidance and tool axis control. In addition, the development direction of curve interpolation and tool preferred combination in tool path planning techniques has been analyzed and previewed. These laid the foundation for subsequent work of complex surface parts high efficiency and high quality CNC machining.
