适宜夏季栽培的香菇品种筛选

Screening of Suitable Lentinus edodes Varieties Cultivated in Summer

为了筛选适宜我国黄河以北地区夏季栽培的香菇品种,采用品种比较的方法,将菌株诱变18、YN36、YN38和武香1号4个香菇菌株,从菌株发菌速度以及子实体的颜色、大小和产量方面,与当地主栽香菇品种香菇18(CK)进行了比较研究。结果表明:香菇菌株诱变18污染率较低(3.5%),现蕾时间最早(5月23日),且菌丝日生长量较高(1.02 cm);子实体综合性状最好,其菌盖直径最大(5.00 cm),子实体颜色为灰白色,适合市场要求;且鲜菇产量较高,较CK增产17.8%。诱变18是适宜北方地区夏季栽培的优良香菇品种。

In order to select the suitable Lentinus edodes varieties for north of the Yellow River of China in summer, the strains of Youbian 18, YN36, YN38 and Wuxiang No. 1 were compared with the local variety Xiang- gu 18 （CK） from the aspects of spawn running speed and the color, size, production of fruiting body by method of variety comparison. The results showed that the strain Youbian 18 had the lower contamination rate （3.5%）, earliest bud time （ May 23rd）, higher daily growth of mycelial （ 1.02 cm）, best comprehensive properties of fruiting body, largest pileus diameter （5.00 cm）, gray white fruitbodies, higher fresh mushroom yield and which was increased than CK by 17.8%. Therefore, Youbian 18 was a excellent variety suitable for cultivated in summer of northern China.
