摘要
为了明确240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂对苹果红蜘蛛的防治效果,2012年以常用药剂15%哒螨灵乳油为药剂对照,在苹果树上测试了240g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂6000倍液、4800倍液和4000倍液对苹果红蜘蛛的田间防治效果。结果表明:240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4000~6000倍液处理均对苹果红蜘蛛表现了较好的防治效果。药后7 d,240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂各处理组的防治效果均达到最高值,且差异不显著,但防效均>药剂对照,其中以240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4000倍液处理的防治效果最好,防效为93.32%。在试验所用剂量下,240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂对苹果树生长安全,对有益天敌种类和数量等无不良影响。建议供试药剂的适宜使用浓度为4000~6000倍液。
In order to determine the control effect of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC on european red mite , the 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC was diluted 6 000 times liquid, 4 800 times liquid and 4 000 times liquid, and the control effects of which on european red mite were tested with the control of 15% pyridaben EC insecticides in 2012.The results showed that 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC 4 000 -6 000 times liquid treatments on european red mite showed good con-trol effect.7 days after injection, the control effects of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC treatments reached the highest, and the difference was not significant , they were all higher than chemical control effect.The control effect of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC diluted 4 000 times was the best , and the control effect was 93.32%.In the dose of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC, the apple tree was safety and there was no adverse effects on beneficial predator species and quantity.The suitable concentration of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC was 4 000-6 000 times liquid.
