摘要
在90日龄蛋用鹌鹑的基础日粮中分别添加0(不添加,CK)、40和80 mg/kg计3个水平的牛磺酸,预试期1周,试验期7周,统计试验期间的日耗料量、平均蛋重,计算产蛋率和料蛋比;并在试验结束的当天,测定其血清中的三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)和雌二醇(E2)浓度。根据测定结果,分析牛磺酸不同添加量对蛋用鹌鹑生产性能以及内分泌的影响,筛选出适宜的牛磺酸添加量。结果表明:在基础日粮中添加牛磺酸可改善鹌鹑的生产性能,鹌鹑产蛋率显著提高,耗料量和料蛋比明显降低;对鹌鹑内分泌有一定的影响,雌二醇(E2)和甲状腺激素(T3、T4)水平均有所提高,其中仅添加量80 mg/kg对E2水平的影响达到了显著水平。综合各方面考虑,认为在基础日粮中牛磺酸的适宜添加量为40 mg/kg。
Three levels of taurine of 0 mg/kg (no add, CK), 40 mg/kg, 80 mg/kg were added in the diet for egg-laying quails with the age of 90 days respectively, the experiment lasted for 7 weeks and premliminary trail was 1 week.The daily feed consumption and the average egg weight during the test were counted , then the egg production ratio and the feed to egg ratio were calculated, the concentrations of T3, T4 and E2 at the end of the experiment were determined.According to the results, the effects of different additive amount of taurine on production performance and endocrine of egg-laying quail were analyzed to select the proper additive amount of taurine.The results showed that taurine supplementation in diets could improve the production performance of egg-laying quails, significantly increase the egg production ratio, remarkably decrease the feed consumption and feed to egg ratio, improve the E2, T3 and T4 levels, and the effect of the additive amount of 80 mg/kg on the level of E2 reached a significant level.All things considered, the proper additive amount of taurine to the diet of egg-laying quails was 40 mg/kg.
