前驱体裂解法制备碳纤维表面抗氧化涂层 被引量:3

摘要 以聚硼硅氮烷为前驱体,通过前驱体转化法,在碳纤维表面制备了SiBNC涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析测试手段对碳纤维涂层进行了形貌和物相分析。采用等温氧化失重和非等温热重分析对涂层碳纤维的抗氧化性能进行了研究。分析和研究结果表明:采用前驱体转化法制备的SiBNC涂层均匀地包覆在碳纤维表面;涂层由Si、C、B、N等元素组成;在400℃~800℃温度范围内,SiBNC涂层对碳纤维的抗氧化效果明显、
