摘要
针对铰链式的夹具夹紧机构在应用过程中存在:1)重量较大的工件加工(如发动机的缸体)在产品的加工过程中,工件在落下定位的过程中会和夹具压板发生干涉,导致加工工件无法正常进入夹具;2)形状不规则零件,往往由于空间的局限性,工件进出夹具时需要压板让开装卸工件的空间,才能实现工件的装卸。以上两点,限制了铰链式夹紧机构的应用。基于铰链式夹紧机构存在的问题,根据通用油缸活塞运动的原理设计了油缸式夹紧机构,夹紧压板在运动过程中走水平直线运动,很好地解决了工件在上下料的过程中与夹紧压板发生干涉或工件夹紧过程中夹紧压板与工件凸台或加强筋发生干涉的问题,实现了工件在上述特殊情况下的工件夹紧。
