自卸车吊具的设计与有限元分析

The Design and Finite-element Analysis of Lifting Tool of Dump Truck

为了满足吊装的要求,需进行专门的吊具设计。本文利用有限元软件进行吊具的强刚度特性分析,得出吊具在最大载荷作用下的易损部位,并利用分析结果对吊具在设计过程中进行改进,最终确保吊具在实际使用过程中安全可靠。结果显示,该设计有效可行。

Special lifting tool needs to be designed for unique shipment requirement. Using finiteelement analysis software to simulate the strains and stresses of the lifting tool to find out the weak points under maxinmm load, and rede sign the lifting tool to make the tool safe in practice according the simulation result. The proved design is feasible.
