摘要
为了更好地研究沙滩车电动助力转向系统,分析了沙滩车电动助力转向控制系统结构,建立了沙滩车电动助力转向系统模型及转向助力电机简化模型。通过仿真模型测试结果初步确定了电动助力转向系统PID控制参数值。分析研究了PID控制程序流程图,并由实车测试数据对PID控制算法进行了验证分析,从曲线上可以看出,沙滩车电动助力转向助力电机运行平稳,响应速度快;从数据测试结果表明,所测试的数据结果达到了设计要求,说明所采用的助力电机控制算法是可行的。
In order to research ATV electric power steering system, the structare of the control system was analyzed; the model of electric power steering system and simplified model of steering power motor for ATV were established. Through the model simulation test results, PID control parameters of EPS were preliminarily determined. The program flow chart of PID control was analyzed, and the PID control algorithm was verified by real vehicle test data. The curve results show ATV EPS motor runs stably and respond quickly. The test results indicate that the test data meet the design requirements and the electric motor control algorithm is feasible.
