2012年某卫校附院门诊不合理处方点评分析

Comments on Outpatient Irrational Prescriptions of Our Affiliated Hospital in 2012

目的:了解附院门诊用药情况,以提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:选取附院2012年1-12月门诊处方共计6 000张,筛选不合理处方,对其中典型处方进行分析。结果:不合理处方431张、占总处方的7.18%,其中不规范处方133张、占不合理处方的30.9%,用药不适宜处方298张、占不合理处方的69.3%。结论:医院应定期进行处方分析,做合理用药知识培训,可提高处方质量,促进合理用药。

Objective： To understand the situation of outpatient drug use by analyzing and discussing the prescriptions in our affiliated hospital, so as to improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote rational drug use. Methods ： The irra- tional prescriptions were selected among 6000 outpatient prescriptions in our affiliated hospital from January to December in 2012. And the typical unreasonable prescriptions were commented. Results： A total of 431 prescriptions （7.18 % ） were irrational, in- cluding 133 non - standard prescriptions and 298 inappropriate prescriptions, which were accounting for 30.86 % and 69.14 % of the irrational prescriptions, respectively. Conclusion： In order to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs, analysis of prescriptions and the training of rational drug use knowledge should be carried out periodically.
