老年膝关节骨关节炎应用全膝关节置换术疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Total Knee Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in the Elders

目的:观察老年膝关节骨关节炎应用全膝关节置换术治疗的效果。方法:选择2008年5月至2012年6月76例(89膝)晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者,对患者行全膝关节置换术前后HSS膝关节评分及优良率等级进行对比分析。结果:患者术后HSS评分与术前相比,经配对样本t检验,患者术后HSS评分显著高于术前(P<0.05)。经手术后,患者膝关节功能优良率评价高达92.1%,远远高于手术前。结论:全膝关节置换术对晚期膝关节骨性关节炎有很好的治疗效果,可有效缓解患者疼痛,恢复膝关节功能。

Objective： To observe and assess the curative effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the elders. Methods： 76 cases （89 knees） of advanced knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from May 2008 to June 2012 were selected, with the HSS knee score and its excellence rate contrastively analyzed before and after the performance of total knee arthroplasty. Results： Compared with that before operation, the postoperative HSS score of the patients was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with the paired samples T - test. After operation, excellent rate of knee function in the patients was up to 92.10 %, much higher than that before the operation. Conclusions： Total knee arthroplasty can bring about a desirable therapeutic effect in the patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis, with effective alleviation of pain and better restoration of knee function.
