摘要
本文研究了对羟基苯甲酸(HBA)与2—羟基—6—萘甲酸(HNA)共聚酯纤维的轴压缩变形行为。将纤维试样用树脂包埋进行轴向压缩变形。借助偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射等方法对纤维的变形机理进行了分析研究。结果表明,压缩变形使纤维沿轴向出现许多变形带。变形带与纤维轴的夹角随压缩程度增大而增大,最后趋于90°并导致纤维破坏。
In this article,deformation behaviour was studied for an aromatic copolyester fibre con-taining p-hydroxybenzonic acid(HBA)and 2-hydroxy-6-naphthaoic acid(HNA).The fibreswere embcdded in resin and axially compressed in a tensile machine.Deformation mechanismof the fibres was examined by means of polarizing microscopy,scanning electron microscopyand x-ray diffraction.The results show that a lot of deformed bands are formed along theaxis in the fibres.The angles between these bands and fibre axis increase with increasing ofcompressional extent and tend to 90°,and the fibres were broken at last.
