梅毒螺旋体检测研究进展

摘要 梅毒(Syphilis)是经典性传播疾病之一,由梅毒螺旋体(Treponema Pallidum,TP)也称苍白螺旋体感染引起。其传染性强、危害较大,目前在我国发病率呈上升趋势。梅毒螺旋体的抗原可分为三类:螺旋体表面特异性抗原、螺旋体内类属抗原、螺旋体与宿主组织磷脂形成的复合抗原。梅毒螺旋体感染人体后,能够刺激机体产生特异性抗体和非特异性抗体,
