摘要 探索船舶碰撞事故责任的计算机辅助判析技术 ,以弥补划分碰撞责任比例的支撑数据不充分。建立了适于裁决雾中船舶碰撞责任比例的知识体系 ,包括基于船舶行为以排除人为因素干扰、兼用于高速船的避让区界的新规则。提出了适于自动处理任何船舶碰撞责任比例的通用数学模型。解决了船舶单项行为有无过失的定性问题及过失量的计算机智能化确定问题。系统经实例试用 ,在合理性、快速性。 This paper explores computer aided analysis technology for determining ship's responsibilities for the ship collision so as to avoid inadequacy of supporting data for determining ship's responsibilities proportion of the collision. It establishes a knowledge system suitable for adjudicating collision responsibility in the restricted visibility. The system includes new rules, which are based on the movement of the ships and elimination of interference from human factors and are concurrently applicable to the collision prevention section of high speed crafts. The paper introduces a universal mathematical model capable of automatically processing the collision responsibilities for all types of ship collision. It solves the problem of adjudication, whether a ship's single activity is in fault, and determination of fault quantum by the artificial intelligence. The superiority of the system lies in reasonability, expeditiousness and economy, and is verified by some living cases.
