摘要
为了研究不同橡胶粉掺量对砂浆力学性能和导热系数的影响,将回收废旧轮胎破碎成橡胶粉加入砂浆中,制备不同掺量的保温复合砂浆的试样,测定了该类砂浆的力学性能和导热系数.结果表明:橡胶粉保温砂浆的流动性、抗折强度和抗压强度随着橡胶粉的增加而降低;偶联剂添加量为橡胶粉颗粒的5%时,提高界面的强度效果最好,复合砂浆的导热系数达到0.71W/m·℃.
In order to study the influence of different quantity of rubber powder mixed into mortar on the mechanical property and heat conductivity coefficient, we break junked ties into rubber powders and put them into mortar to make thermal mortar with different mixed quantity. Through making samples of composite mortar, we test the mechanical property and heat conductivity of the mortar. Results show that the liquidity, rupture strength and compressive strength decrease with the increasing of rubber powder, strength effect of improving interface appears the best when additive amount of coupling reagent is 5 % of rubber powder and the heat conductivity coefficient of mixed mortar can reach to 0.71W/re. ℃.
