高职生初次就业稳定性现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Higher Vocational Students' Initial Employment Stability and Related Factors

当前高职生的初次就业稳定性低,离职倾向较高.一方面与高职生自身的自我认识不足、就业准备不充分、就业信息不对称等原因有关;另一方面,用人单位经济环境不景气,在岗位、待遇、稳定性、规范度等方面不尽如意也是造成初次就业稳定性低的一个原因.合理解决初次就业稳定性问题,关键在于高职生对自己的职业生涯进行理性地规划.

In their initial employments, the Higher Vocational Students often quit which lead low stability presently. The reason is, on one hand, non-sufficient self-awareness, employ preparation and information. On the other, they are not satisfacted with the gloomy employer＇ s economic situation along with post, salary, stability and strict rules. For dealing with these problems, the students＇ rational career planning would be the critical step.
