China＇ s important strategy in the culture construction is to build a socialist cultural power and promote the cultural industry as a pillar industry of national economy. Therefore, the main subject we face presently is how to make this industry＇ s great-leap-forward progress and sustainable development. Based on the perspective of theory construction, our analysis would begin with the interaction structure of mutual related and mutual acted aspects among the cultural industry＇ s historical resource, the technology innovation and its outlook. Further, to create a benign interaction ＂trinity＂ mechanism of imputes, driving force and leading force.
