摘要
介绍了耳机插头壳二十腔注射模的设计 ,采用标准模架倒装结构形式 ,实现侧抽芯和二次顶出 .模具结构简单 ,生产效率高 ,达到连续自动化生产 ,解决了通常一模二腔 ,生产效率极低的问题 .
This paper intrduces twenty-cavity injection mould design of earphone plunger shell,which adopts reversing the structure of standard mould base to realize side pull and two stage ejection simultaneously.The mold structure,that is very simple and efficient,is well worth to be used for reference of similar productions.
