VEGF单核苷酸多态性与自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛发生的相关性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的发生与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)相关性。方法选取我院2009—2011年接诊的SAH患者200例,将其分成CVS(+)组101例和CVS(-)组99例,选取130例作为健康对照组,通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法检测VEGF+405G/C、+936C/T和-460C/T位点基因型和等位基因的分布频率,然后进行相关性分析。结果经过对多态性及相关临床资料等因素进一步作单因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示,Hunt-Hess分级和-460TT是和脑血管痉挛相关的危险因素。结论中国人群中VEGF-460T/T的多态性是脑血管痉挛发生的一个危险因素,但并不是独立的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the correlation between occurrence of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Methods From 2009 to 2011, 200 cases with SAH of our hospital admissions were divided into CVS (-k) group of 101 cases and CVS (-) group of 99 cases, meanwhile 130 healthy as control group. VEGF +405G/C,-b936C/T and -460C/T, genotype and allele frequency distribution were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method and then the correlation was analyzed. Results Polymorphism and clinical data and other factors further univariate logistic regression analysis showed that, Hunt-Hess grading and -460TT and cerebral vasospasm associated risk factors. Conclusion Among the Chinese population, VEGF -460T/T polymorphism may be a risk factor for the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm, but not an independent risk factor.
