摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS11.0对固定管板式换热器主体(包括管板、壳程筒体与换热管及接管)的疲劳分析提出了改进的算法。同时,通过具体算例对改进算法与未改进算法的计算结果进行了对比,证实提出的改进算法计算结果简便可靠,为此类换热器的疲劳设计提供了简便可靠的计算方法。
By using finite element analysis software ANSYS, one improved method for fatigue analysis for the main parts, including tubesheet, cylinder in shell side, tubes and nozzles, in fixed tubesheet heat exchanger was proposed. At the same times, with practical calculations, the results from improved method and unimproved method were compared. It has been proved that the result from improved method is more reliable and this method is also simpler. Thus, this method should be recommended in later fatigue analysis for fixed tubesheet heat exchangers.
