熔盐炉归属为《条例》监管的建议

Proposal of Supervising Fused-salt Heater with “Supervision Regulation”

针对熔盐炉的特点,因其使用介质物理化学特性、使用温度的差异,构成了不能再参照《有机热载体炉安全技术监察规程》、《有机载热体加热炉安全技术规程》的技术原因。从所涉及的几方面加以阐述与分析,并建议国家安全监督管理部门在修订《特种设备安全监察条例》时,择机将熔盐炉归属为《条例》锅炉类一员。

With respect to the feature of fused-salt heater that the fluids in there has differences on properties of physical chemistry and temperature, it has recognized that the heater is beyond the applicable scope of ＂Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Organic Heat Cartier Heater＂ and ＂Safety Technology Regulation for Organic Heat Carrier Heater＂. In this article, several involved aspects were stated and analyzed. It was suggested that when ＂Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulation＂ is revised, it is better to classify fused-salt heater into category of boiler.
