摘要
对搅拌轴的刚度进行计算,分析在同等长度、同等材料条件下,实心轴和空心轴的强度以及材料用量之比。结果表明,在载荷相等的条件下,合理壁厚的空心轴设计可以在很大程度上节约材料。
The stiffness of agitating shaft was calculated, and then the strength and the quantity of materials used in the fabrication for solid and hollow shafts were compared under the condition of same length and same material. The result showed under the condition of same load, the design of hollow shaft with appropriate thickness can make great saving in material.
