压力管道内表面裂纹的蠕变断裂模糊分析有限元方法

摘要 针对压力管道内表面的裂纹问题,采用蠕变断裂模糊有限元法进行分析。首先根据蠕变断裂理论,建立管道的蠕变断裂力学模型;然后根据蠕变参数所具有的模糊不确定性,用模糊有限元的参数处理方法,建立了压力管道的蠕变断裂模糊有限元模型;最后对计算结果进行了分析和讨论,说明了该方法的有效性。 With respect to the cracks occurred on inner surface of pressurized cylinders, creep fractural finite element method is used in fuzzy analysis. Firstly, with the creep fi'acture theory, a creep fracture mechanics model was built. Then, considering the fuzziness in creep parameters, creep fracture fuzzy finite element method was proposed. Finally, the results from the method were analyzed and discussed, and it was concluded that this method is efficient for the analysis of the issue presented herein.
