针对大连机车车辆厂部分NBC－600CO2气体保护焊机电路存在着设计复杂、技术落后、故障点多、动作不灵敏等问题，通过改进设计，根据线路原理进行一致性配合，保证触发电路的一致性和送丝电路的局稳定性，取得了电弧燃烧稳定、焊缝成形好、故障率低的效果，产生了较好的经济效益．

There are some probleme in the circuit of some of the NBC-600 CO2 gas-protecting welding machine in the works that are complex design, out of date technology many fault points, insensitive response etc.Afler adopting improved design and taking uniform matching by the circuit principle, assure the uniformof triggring circuit and higer stability of wire-delivered circuit. At the same the, also get goodwelding seam figure and lower fault rate. So we can obtain perfect econornic benefit.
