加快河南省现代服务业发展的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Accelerating Development of Modern Tertiary industry in Henan Province

加快发展现代服务业,提高服务业在国民经济中的比重,是推进经济结构调整、加快转变经济发展方式的必由之路。从河南省的情况看,现代服务业存在着发展滞后、技术水平不高、市场化程度不高、缺乏统一规划等问题,需要通过大力推进现代服务业的市场化、产业化和社会化改革,大力推进信息化基础设施建设,加快对现代服务业的教育投入、培养高素质人才,实施创新工程等措施,提高现代服务企业的市场竞争力,推进河南省现代服务业发展。

To speed up the development of modern tertiary industry and enlarge the service industry proportion in the national economy is an inevitable course for the adjustment of economic structure, acceleration of the transformation of the mode of economic development. In the case of Henan Province, there exist the problems in the modem serv- ice industry, such as lagging development, low technical level, low level in marketization, the lack of unified plan- ning. There is urgent need of vigorously promoting the reforms of marketization, industrialization, socialization of the tertiary industry, the construction of information infrastructures, acceleration of the investment in education for the modem service industry in cultivating high-quality talents, implementation of innovative engineering measures and the need of promotion of the modem tertiary enterprise＇ s market competitiveness to promote the development of Henan modem tertiary industry.
