脑静脉系统疾病相关危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of cerebral venous system diseases

目的探讨脑静脉系统疾病发病的相关危险因素,为临床诊断与预防提供依据和参考。方法由神经内科1名医师带领3名护士进行此次调查研究,回顾性收集68例脑静脉系统疾病患者资料,对病例中记载的临床症状与体征、临床合并疾病情况进行筛查、登记和分析、总结。结果神经系统障碍、肢体障碍、视力障碍、排泄障碍是主要表现的系统性障碍,其中头痛头晕、恶心呕吐的比例超过半数以上。合并恶性肿瘤患者比例最高,其次是感染、肾病综合征、妊娠和产褥等。结论恶性肿瘤、感染、肾病综合征、妊娠和产褥等是脑静脉和静脉窦血栓的疾病危险因素,头痛头晕、恶心呕吐、意识障碍、肢体瘫痪、抽搐等则是不良反应危险因素。

Objective To investigate risk factors of the cerebral venous system disease, in order to provide a basis and reference for clinical diagnosis and prevention. Methods 68 cases of cerebral venous system disease patient data were retrospec- tively collected,and clinical symptoms and signs, clinical comorbidities, were registrated and analyzed and summarized. Results Nervous system disorders, physical disabilities, visual impairment, excretion disorders were the main manifestation of sys- temic obstacles, and the proportion of headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting were more than 50M. The proportion of mer- ging with malignant tumor, were highest ,followed by in{ection, nephrotic syndrome, pregnancy and puerperium. Conclusion cancer, infection, nephrotic syndrome, pregnancy and puerperium may be risk factors of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, unconsciousness, paralysis and convulsions may be risk factors for adverse reactions.
