Clinical study of the rt-PA combined endovascular therapeutic effect on severe venous sinus thrombosis

目的 探讨rt-PA联合血管内治疗重症静脉窦血栓临床疗效.方法 本次临床研究选择我院2008-01-2012-12收治的22例重症静脉窦血栓患者为观察对象,所有患者均接受rt-PA联合血管内治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床治疗效果.结果 所有22例观察对象,16例患者接受治疗前存在意识障碍,其中,脑疝4例,气管插管12例.GCS评分3~12分,6例患者死亡,16例恢复良好并接受10～24个月随访,随访结果,4例患者部分通畅,12例静脉窦通畅.结论 由本次临床研究结果可知,重症静脉窦血栓患者接受rt-PA联合血管内治疗,具有较为满意的临床疗效,因而临床应用价值较高.

Objective To investigate the rt-PA combined endovascular therapeutic effect on severe venous sinus thrombosis. Methods From 2008 January to 2012 December,22 patients with severe venous sinus thrombosis patientour hospital were enrolled as cases, all caese received the treatment of rt -PA combined intravascular therapy, and the clinical effects of surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all the 22 cases, 16 patients had disturbance of consciousness before treat- ment, of which, 4 cases of cerebral hernia, 12 cases of tracheal intubation. Patients with a GCS score results in 3 to 12 points respectively, 6 patients died, 16 patients recovered well and after 10 to 24 months follow-up, 4 patients were partialIy passable, and 12 cases were fully paassable. Conclusion rt-PA combined with intravascular therapy may have good efficacy on severe venous sinus thrombosis and be worthy of clinical application.
