摘要
分析了加热法测量蒸汽湿度的原理与误差来源;推导出湿度的计算公式,编制程序对两个算例进行了计算,分析了加热管进出口速度、散热损失以及试样质量流量对湿度误差的影响。结果表明:不考虑加热管内试样的流动速度变化将带来1%的湿度误差;在本文的计算条件下,10%的散热量产生的误差为12.6%;理论分析了加热法湿度的测量误差,在取定的测量仪表精度下,测量误差为1.76%。
The principle and error sources of heating method for steam wetness measurement are analyzed in this paper. Through deducing the calculation formula of wetness and calculating two examples by programming, the effects of inlet and outlet velocities of heating pipe, heat loss and sample mass flow rate to wetness error are analyzed. The results show that the wetness error is 1% if taking no account of velocity change in the heat pipe. Under the calculation condition of this paper, the error is 12.6% while heat loss is 10%. The wetness measurement error of heating method is theoretical analyzed, and the measurement error is 1.76% under the given accuracy of measuring instrument.
