摘要
依据超声相控阵成像原理和被检工件类型,设计了专用叶根检测换能器和斜楔,研发了叶根超声相控阵成像检测系统,该系统针对汽轮机菌型叶根结构特点拟定分区扫查方式,在不移动或少移动换能器的情况下,通过优化发射声束角度,使该声束能入叶片菌型根部内部覆盖所有重点检测部位进行全面成像检查,各类检测指标均较常规超声检测有明显提高,并且成像直观,可依据特征回波对缺陷反射进行迅速定位。
On the basis of ultrasonic phased array imaging principle and workpiece type,designed a special root detection array transducer and inclined wedge, developed a phased array ultrasonic imaging detection system. Aiming at the mushroom-shaped root structure, This system adopts the partition scan mode. In the case, through the optimization of emission beam angle, Acoustic beam scoring mushroom-shaped root, and covers all the key parts of a comprehensive imaging detection without moving or movable transducer, Various parameters has improved significantly than conventiona] uhrasound,and intuitive. According to the characteristics of echo reflection,defect echo reflection can be located rapidly.
