叶顶间隙对某型压气机典型级气动性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以某F级燃气轮机的轴流压气机的3级典型级为研究对象,采用全三维数值模拟方法分析了3种叶顶间隙情况下压气机的内部流动。数值研究结果表明:叶顶间隙大小对压气机的性能影响比较显著,随着间隙的增加,压气机的压比、效率等性能明显下降;同时,由于叶顶间隙内泄漏涡的扰动,对机匣壁面、叶顶附近叶片表面的静压分布有较大的影响。 The internal flow fields of three representative stages of a F class gas turbine axial-flow compressor was numerically simulated with three-dimensional CFD under three different tip clearance size. The results of numerical analysis show that with the increase of tip clearance size, the performance of three stage compressor change obviously, the performance parameters such as efficiency, pressure ratio tended to decrease obviously; Meanwhile, the distribution of static pressure on surface of the compressor casing and the blade surface near the tip because of the existence of leakage vortex.
